3. Repeat Infringer Policy: bifalci.xyz has a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. You agree to use our website in compliance with the DMCA, and understand that that your account on our website will be terminated if found to be guilty of infringing another’s copyright.
4. Copyright License: By providing any User Content on our website:
a. You grant to bifalci.xyz a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sub-licenseable, fully paid-up, royalty-free right to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, use, display and distribute such User Content for purposes of our business.
b. You expressly authorize and approve that we can review and monitor your User Content for the purpose of ensuring that it complies with our Terms of Service, as well as for any laws, rules, or regulations.
